08 Memory Parity Error The server (or slave) attempted to read record file, but detected
a parity error in the memory. The client (or master) can retry
the request, but service may be required on the server (or slave)
device.
0A Gateway Path
Unavailable
Specialized use in conjunction with gateways, indicates that the
gateway was unable to allocate an internal communication path
from the input port to the output port for processing the
request.
- RN-9289 response exception code 01, 02, 03, 04 and 06.
3.2. MODBUS Special Register Map
The special register map can be accessed by function code 3, 4, 6 and 16. Also the special register map must be
accessed by read/write of every each address (one address).
