CORNHOLE GAME KIT LIMITED WARRANTY

International Wood Industries, Inc. (“IWI” or “Warrantor”), warrants and represents to the customer that

the workmanship of its IWI Cornhole Game Kit (the “Product”), all materials and equipment furnished for

the Product, and all other aspects regarding the Product to be free from defects of design, material, and

workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase.

This Warranty applies only to the original consumer of the Product and is not assignable or transferrable to

subsequent owners of the Product.

IWI’s warranty obligation for the Product is valid only for the standard use for which the Product is intended.

This Warranty obligation applies only if the Product becomes structurally unt due proximately to mismanu-

facture by IWI. This Warranty obligation does not cover claims arising out of any other factor, including but

not limited to physical abuse, Product misuse, weathering of the Product due to outdoor use, acts of God,

and acts of war.

Failure to follow any restrictions or warnings supplied with the Product shall make IWI’s warranty obligation for

the Product null and void and of no further effect. Warrantor reserves the right to investigate any claim and to

inspect the materials for which a claim is made. WARRANTOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED WARRAN-

TY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE PRODUCT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE

ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION IN THE FACE HEREOF.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclu-

sion of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This Warranty gives you specic legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARIS-

ING OUT OF THE USE OR OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCT.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

To make a claim under this Warranty to receive a replacement product, the original owner must, within 90

days of actual or constructive notice of damage covered by this Warranty, do the following:

(1) Prepare a letter that includes the following information:

(a) Identication of the product for which the claim is made.

(b) Proof of Purchase of the product, as shown on the original invoice.

(2) Mail the above information to:
