Connection to the Mains Supply The BROWN wire is the LIVE wire and must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the Letter ‘L’ or coloured RED. Always ensure that the plug cord grip is fastened correctly. Check that the voltage marked on the product corresponds with your supply voltage. This product is fitted with a 13A plug complying with BS1363.

How to Use Your Doughnut Maker NOTE: Do not use metal utensils as this may damage the nonstick coating on the cooking plates. Before using the Doughnut Maker for the first time, carefully unpack and remove all the packaging material. Wipe the body of the Doughnut Maker with a soft, damp cloth. Always ensure that it is completely dry before using. 4. Allow the doughnuts to cook for 3 to 4 ½ minutes, depending on the degree of browning desired.
Tips For Success Cleaning and Care • Note: Never immerse any part of the Doughnut Maker in water, or any other liquid. Allow the cooked doughnuts to cool by placing them on a wire cake rack. Do not stack the doughnuts on top of each other as this will cause them to become soggy. • Allow the doughnuts to cool completely before icing/decorating. • For best results, allow all ingredients to reach room temperature before making the doughnuts mixture.

Nut and maple syrup doughnuts Ingredients: 225 g flour 60 g finely chopped nuts 1 teaspoon sugar 1 sachet baking powder 60 g maple syrup 50 ml milk 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Preparation: 1. Place the flour, baking powder, sugar and finely chopped nuts into a mixing bowl. 2. Make a well in the middle of these ingredients and add the milk, eggs and oil. 3. Using a mixer, mix all the ingredients thoroughly to produce a smooth batter. 4. Finally, add and fold in the maple syrup.
