To add speed dial allocat ion, do as follow:
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o find t he desired locat ion and
press t he Add soft key .
2. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o find t he desired entry and press
the SAV E soft key.
To change or delet e speed dial allocat ion, do as
follows:
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select t he desir ed speed dial
ent ry and press t he Opt soft k ey.
2. The phone shows t he nam e and num ber of
the ent ry. press t he OK soft key.
3. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select t he desired option and
press t he OK soft key.
• Ch ange: allow s you t o change the speed
dial num ber of t he select ed ent ry. Ent er the
desired entry num ber.
• Dele t e: allows you t o delet e t he selected
ent ry. When a confirm ing m essage appear s,
press t he OK soft key to delet e.
Group
You can set the phone t o ring in a specific way
When a particular person calls you.
To do so, you m ust :
• Define y our caller groups. You can define up t o
10 caller gr oups.
• Assign the num bers in t he phonebook t o t he
appropriat e group.
To add and define a caller group, do as follows:
1. Select an em pty group t o be defined by
pressing t he < Navigation Left > or < Navigat ion
Right> key. And pr ess the Option soft key.
2. Ent er a nam e of t he group and press t he OK
soft key. The group is added.
3. When t he new group is highlight ed, press t he
Opt soft key.
4. When Mem ber List is highlight ed, press t he
OK soft key.
5. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select Join M em be r and press
the OK soft key.
Join M e m ber opt ion allows y ou t o add an
exist ing Phonebook entry. Select an ent ry
from t he list .
To define a group m elody, do as follows:
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key t o select Group M elody and press
the OK soft key.
2. Select a ring m elody as your preference using
the < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Down> key
and press the OK soft k ey.
To delet e a caller group, do as follow:
1. Select t he group to be delet ed by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Left > or < Navigation Right> key
and press t he Opt soft k ey.
2. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigation
Down> key to select Dele t e All and press t he
OK soft key.
3. When y our phone confirm s your select ion,
press t he OK soft key to delet e the select ed
group or t he Back soft key t o cancel delet ing.
