When there are an act ive call and a held call,
this m enu places t he act ive call on hold and t he
held call on act ive. You m ay swap bet ween t he
two par t ies back and forth.
1. Press t he Opt soft key t o enter I n- Call
Opt ions.
2. Select Sw ap Ca ll by pr essing the
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Down> key ,
press t he SELECT soft key.
3. Repeat st eps 1 and 2 as r equired.
Mak ing a Confe rence Call
Conference Call allows up to six people t o t ake
part sim ult aneously in a call.
Ma k in g a Confe r e nce Ca ll
1. During a call, dial a phone num ber, and press
the < Send> key. The first call is put on hold.
2. To j oin t he previous participant in t he call,
press t he Opt soft key and t hen ent er I n- Call
Opt ions.
3. Select Conference Ca ll by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion Dow n> key
and press t he SELECT soft key.
4. To add m ore participant t o t he call, repeat
st eps 1 t o 2, and Select Add Conference Ca ll
by pressing t he< Nav igation Up> or < Navigation
Down> key and press t he SELECT soft k ey.
Dropping One Part icipa n t
1. During a conference call, in t he list of call
participants, highlight the required person, by
pressing t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigation
Down> key, followed by t he Opt soft k ey and
choose the Conference Call opt ion.
2. Select Private by pressing the < Navigat ion
Up> or < Navigat ion Down> key and press t he
SELECT soft key.
The call is ended wit h t hat part icipant , but you
can cont inue to t alk wit h t he ot her participant s.
3. To end t he conference call, close t he phone or
select Disconn ect by pr essing t he < Navigation
Up> or < Navigat ion Down> key and press t he
SELECT soft key in in- Call Opt ions.
Disconnect ing t he Calls
When you have an act ive call and t he held call,
you can disconnect t he calls at one tim e.
1. Press t he Opt soft key t o enter I n- Call
Opt ions.
2. Select D iscon nect by pressing t he
< Navigat ion Up> or < Nav igation Down> key
and press t he SELECT soft key.
3. Select t he desired call you want t o disconnect
by pressing t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key.
• Act ive Ca ll: disconnect s t he call which is

• H eld Ca ll: disconnect s t he call w hich is
cur rently on hold.
• All Ca ll: disconnect s all calls which are
cur rently connect ed wit h you.
