Call D ivert
This network service enables incom ing calls t o be
rerout ed t o t he num ber t hat you specify.

Ex a m ple : You can:
• syst em atically divert fax calls t o your office fax
m achine.
• divert v oice calls to your colleague if you are
already using t he phone.

You can specify individual div erting opt ions for
each of t he following call t ypes:
• Voice ca lls
• All data ca lls
• All fax ca lls
aft er select ing t he it em , you can select the
ser vice.
Ex a m ple : You m ay w ish to div ert your business
calls t o a colleague while you are on holiday.
Call diver t ing can be set up in t he following ways.
All Ca lls: all calls are divert ed.
I f Busy: calls are diverted if you are already
m aking anot her call.
I f N o Answ er: calls are divert ed if you do not
answer t he phone.
Cance l All: all call diver t ing opt ions ar e cancelled.
The current stat us is displayed. To Divert act ivate
or deact ivate, press < Navigat ion Up> or
< Navigat ion Down> and SELECT Soft Key .

SELECT soft key.

Change t he • Select Se t and Press t he
call num ber SELECT soft key.

Deact ivat e • Select Cance l and Press
the SELECT call diverting
soft key .
2. Enter t he num ber t o which t he calls ar e t o be
divert ed and press t he SELECT soft key.
To ent er the int ernat ional code, press t he 0
key unt il the + sign is displayed.
The phone sends your settings t o the net w ork
and t he network’ s acknow ledgem ent is displayed.
You can deact ivate all call diver t ing set t ings by
select ing t he Cance l All opt ion.
