Spe e d D ials
Using t his opt ion, you can assign a speed dial
location t o the desired ent ries. You can assign up
to 8 ent ries ( 2 to 9) . For m or e det ails on speed-
dialing, see [ Phonebook ] m enu.
To add speed dial allocat ion, do as follow :
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key to find t he desired location and
press t he OK soft k ey.
2. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key to find t he desired ent ry and press
the OK soft key.
To change or delet e speed dial allocation, do as
follows:
1. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key to select t he desired speed dial
ent ry and press t he Opt soft key.
2. The phone shows t he nam e and num ber of
the entry. press t he SELECT soft k ey.
3. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key to select t he desired opt ion and
press t he SELECT soft key.
• Chang e: allows y ou t o change the speed
dial num ber of the select ed ent ry. Ent er t he
desired entry num ber.
• Dele t e: allows you t o delet e t he select ed
ent ry. When a confirm ing m essage appears,
press t he SELECT soft key t o delet e.
Group
You can set t he phone t o r ing in a specific way
When a particular person calls you.
To do so, you m ust :
• Define your caller groups. You can define up t o
10 caller groups.
• Assign t he num bers in t he Phonebook t o t he
appropriat e group.
To add and define a caller group, do as follow s:
1. Select an em pty group to be defined by
pressing t he < Navigat ion Left > or < Navigat ion
Right> key. And pr ess t he Opt ion soft key.
2. Enter a nam e of the group and pr ess t he
SELECT soft key. The group is added.
3. When t he new gr oup is highlighted, press t he
Opt soft key .
4. When Mem ber List is highlight ed, press t he
SELECT soft key.
5. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key to select Join M e m ber and pr ess
the SELECT soft key.
Join M e m be r opt ion allows you t o add an
existing Phonebook ent ry. Select an ent ry
from t he list .
To delet e a caller group, do as follow:
1. Select t he group t o be delet ed by pressing the
< Navigat ion Left > or < Nav igation Right > key
and press the Opt soft key.
2. Press t he < Navigat ion Up> or < Navigat ion
Down> key to select D e let e All and press t he
SELECT soft key.
3. When y our phone confirm s your select ion,
press t he SELECT soft key t o delet e t he select ed
group or t he Back soft key to cancel deleting.
To change t he nam e a caller group, do as
