LOCK UP CLUTCH INSTALLATION

PART #LUC-100

1. With EPP-100 pressure plate installed on to a fully assembled clutch, install the 6 bushings into 6

alternate holes (every other hole) in pressure plate.

2. Install the 6 springs over the bushings.

3. Install the 3 short shoulder bolts in a triangle pattern into three alternate unused holes, no springs no bushings

in the EPP

-100 pressure plate.

4. Place the lock up clutch onto the springs. 5. Install the 2 long bolts across from each other into holes with bushings and springs. Tighten these bolts down to compress the lock up clutch in place. 6. Install 4 of the shorter bolts with washers, in alternate holes with the bushings and springs and tighten them down. 7. Remove the 2 long bolts and replace them with the other 2 shorter bolts and washers and tighten them down.
