APPLICATION IDENTIFICATION
INFORMATION
In order to select the correct S-cam part number, you must know the following information.
1 Application: Steer, Drive or Trailer
Make of axle manufacturer
Suspension model when noted
2 Cam length: Measurement from under cam head to beginning of lock ring groove at
camshaft tip. See dimension A on application specific pages.
3 Spline diameter and number of splines. (10, 24, 28 or 37)
4 Diameter of camshaft at spider.
5 Diameter of camshaft at camshaft tip.
6 Length of spider bushing bearing journal from under cam head to beginning of lock ring
groove. See dimension B on application specific pages.
7 Length of spider bushing bearing journal from under cam head to beginning of second lock
ring groove if applicable. See dimension C on application specific pages.
8 Cam head style (see below).
