After finishing the Internet settings, choose the JAVA menu: JAVA → Java
Setting
to complete the following JAVA settings:
Downloading JAVA applications
1. Go to Entertainment > JAVA > OTA, and enter the URL for the
download site. Pressing will start up the connection. In addition,
you may go to
Oper.Service > Wa p > Activate to open up the WAP
browser and connect to your download site.
When the default URL shows on the display, you can enter a new URL
to replace it to connect to the new site.
2. Before you start to download JAVA applications, the browser will
show the details about the available applications. Follow the
instructions shown on the WAP browser to download the JAVA
applications.
Default URL
Sets the URL that provides download options for JAVA
applications. Scroll to an URL entry and press
(
Option). Select edit to enter the URL. Then scroll to
the URL you want to set as default and press .
Download Size Sets the maximum size for downloaded applications.
Use only BenQ-certified Java applications in order to ensure that they
will run properly on your phone.
