Managing Archive
Go to menu: SMS > Archive. This option preserves messages saved
from the Inbox. Scroll to the desired message record, and then you
can:
• Press (Option) to delete, create a new folder, or to move the
message to a new folder.
• Press to read the message. Press (Option) you can
execute the tasks described in page 66.
Message Template
Go to menu: SMS > Te m p l a t e . This option allows you to use the
quick message templates to compose a message without having to
enter the entire text character by character.You can use the factory
default templates, or templates that you previously saved to the list.
To create you own template, scroll to a blank template, press
(Edit) to enter text, and then press to save it.
Cleaning Up Messages
Go to menu: SMS > Delete. This option allows you to cleanup part
of or all of the messages. The options for cleanup includes Inbox, Sent
Items, Drafts, Archive, and All.
Scrolling down to the end of the list and selecting "Delete All" will
delete all messages.
