72 Using Your Phone
• To
: You can send your message to a recipient's phone or e-mail
address. Enter the recipient's phone number or email address
directly and press . Alternatively, you can press (
Option)
and select
Names to select the phone numbers you want to send
the message to. Scroll to highlight the desired contact and press
to select the contact. Press again to deselect. Press
(
Done) when you have finished selecting. Press (Option)
and select
Email List, you can follow the similar steps to select
the email addresses you want to send the message to.
You can send an MMS message to a maximum of 5 recipients.
• Subject: press (Edit), enter the subject for the message, and
press .
• Send: Scroll to this option and then press to send this
message.
• Cc: You can send the message as a carbon copy to others. Enter
the carbon copy recipient's information as you do with main
copy recipients.
• Priority: press (Change) to set the priority for this message.
3. Scroll to Send and press (Select) or to send the message.
Downloading MMS messages
You can download an MMS message in 2 ways:
1. If you select
Notify me first under MMS → Settings → Notify Setting,
then when a MMS message arrives at the server, the operator will
send you a notification and the screen will display an 'N' message
icon asking if you wish to download the MMS message. You can
