Options on the Inbox-E-mail tab
Depending on the current situation,
different functions will be offered.
Press (Options).
Retrieve e-mail
Depending on the download mode,
either entire e-mails or only the headers
are retrieved, or you may be asked
whether the entire e-mail or only the
header should be downloaded. The
number of retrieved e-mails is
displayed.
Subscr. to folders
(only IMAP4 accounts)
You have to subscribe to folders on the
receive server in order to retrieve e-mail
from these folders.
View
Display e-mail.
If only headers are
retrieved, retrieve body
and display e-mail.
Retrieve e-mail
Retrieve new e-mail for
selected account (see
details below).
Retrieve all
accts
Retrieve new e-mail for
all configured accounts.
Account
settings
Open account
settings for highlighted
account.
If no account is
configured create new
account.
Reply/
Reply to all
Create new e-mail with
the sender/all recipients
as receiver.
Forward
Forward e-mail to
another recipient.
Add to
Contacts
Save as the e-mail
sender as contact
(page 29).
Only POP3 account:
Delete on
server
Delete e-mail on server
only. The local copy is
retained.
Only IMAP4 account:
Subscr. to
folders
See details below.
Move to folder
You can move e-mails
from one subscribed
folder to another. The
move is synchronised
with the server the next
time you retrieve e-
mails.
Unsubscribe
E-mail within the folder
is deleted on the phone
only. Synchronisation of
e-mails to server is
stopped.
Display order
Select Folders first/
E-mail first.
For standard functions see page 17.
You can set the max. size of downloaded
e-mails.
IMAP4 accounts: only e-mails in the
subscribed folders are retrieved.
