Reset profile
Press (Options) and select Reset
profile.
If your provider has locked a predefined
profile, it cannot be reset.
Auto header
If the function is activated the Header
template (page 22)is automatically
inserted at the start of any created SMS.
Auto signature
If the function is activated, the Signature
template (page 22) is automatically
inserted at the end of any created SMS.
Save sent items
If the function is activated, all sent SMS
messages are saved automatically in the
Sent folder.
Auto delete SMS
If the function is activated, the oldest
SMS message in the Inbox will be
deleted upon arrival of a new SMS
message.
Emoticons
Emoticons are little symbols (Smilies)
expressing your feelings. If the function
is activated, emoticons are
automatically displayed as little
pictures.
Text size
You can set the displayed size of the text
in the SMS Viewer.
Recipient
Set a default recipient for
the profile. Select Add fr.
Contacts and select
contact/distribution list,
or enter number. This
recipient is added to each
SMS automatically.
Validity
period
If SMS could not be
delivered during this
period, it is deleted from
message centre
automatically.
Status report
A status report is sent
when a message is
delivered successfully. If
Ask on send is activated,
a prompt is displayed
when SMS is sent.
Send
confirmation
Set whether or not a
confirmation for
successfully sent
messages is displayed.
SMS access
Select GSM/GPRS mode
for sending/receiving
SMS.
SMS memory
Select Phone/SIM as
default save location for
incoming SMS.
SMS type
Select delivery type.
