E-mail settings
Before using e-mail service you must set
the server access and your e-mail
parameters. You will receive the
necessary data from the service
provider.
The e-mail parameters are configured in
up to 5 different accounts. One account
might be predefined by your provider.
You cannot edit predefined accounts.
Messages >Message settings >
E-mail.
Activating an account
If an account is already configured:
Select the account and press to
activate.
Deleting an account
Press (Options) and select Delete.
Editing an account
Edit the account according to the
information from your provider.
Press (Options) and select Edit
User info
All e-mails in the Inbox, the Drafts and
the Sent folders and all attachments
belonging to the deleted account are
deleted.
Your name:
Your name.
E-mail address:
Your e-mail address
([e-mail])
Reply-to
address:
Additional e-mail
address to use for
replies.
User ID:
Your login name for
the e-mail server.
Password:
Your password for the
e-mail server.
SMTP user ID:
Your login name for
the send server. Only if
SMTP authenticate:
is enabled in
“Connection info”
settings (page 53).
Send server
password:
Only if SMTP
authenticate: is
enabled: Your
password for the SMTP
server.
