Enter the date/time when
event ends.
Alarm:/Repeat:
You can change the
alarm/repeat for the current
event.
Press (Options) and select Save to
save the event.
Information on the alarm
When the set date and time of the event
are reached an audio and a visual alarm
occur.
Reset alarm
Press (Snooze): Reset the alarm
for 10 minutes.
End alarm
Press (Off): Disable the alarm.
Launch calendar
Press : Launch the calendar and
display the event.
Dictat. machine
Organiser >Dictat. machine
Use the function to record short memos.
New recording
1. Select Record new
2. Select save location: Phone
memory/Card.
3. Press or (Record): Start
recording.
4. Press : Pause/record.
5. Press (Done): End recording.
The recording is saved in the Sounds
folder in My Stuff (page 72).
Playback
1. Select recording.
2. Press : Playback/pause.
3. Press : (Stop): Stop playback.
4. To adjust volume press .
Set as call ringtone
1. Select recording.
2. Press (Options) and select Set
as call melody.
If the time format 12-hour is activated
(page 84) press / to switch
between am/pm for start and end time.
An alarm sounds even when the phone
is switched off (except the phone is
switched off in alarms off mode, page 15).
An incoming call ends recording. The
record is saved automatically.
