Active profile
Select profile you want to use for
synchronisation and press .
Edit profile
Press (Options) and select Edit.
Provider: Select a service provider.
Proxy:
URL: Enter the URL that points to
SyncML server, e.g.:
//path.to/syncmlserver
Port: Enter the port number to
connect with the SyncML
server (1 to 65535).
Username: Enter your login name.
Password: Enter your password.
Cont.database:
Enter the path to the contact
database on the
synchronisation server.
Cal. database:
Enter the path to the
calendar database on the
synchronisation server.
HTTP authent.:
Enable/disable HTTP
authentication.
HTTP usrname:
Enter your user name when
HTTP authent.: is active.
HTTP passwd:
Enter your password when
HTTP authent.: is active.
Restore defaults
Press (Options) and select Restore
defaults.
Sync mode
Data to sync:
Select whether All data or
only Modified data is to
be transferred during
synchronisation.
Sync direction:
Select the direction in which
synchronisation is to occur.
Two-way: Data is transferred
in both directions between
the phone and the server.
Mob.overwrite: phone
transfers data to the server.
Serv.overwrite: server
transfers data to the phone.
Apps to synchronise
1. Press to check/uncheck the data
type to sync: Contacts, Calendar.
2. Press (Done) to confirm.
Sync log
Display a summary of the latest
synchronisation. The log indicates
whether the synchronisation attempt
was successful, e.g. date, time and details
about the synchronised application.
