1. Select profile.
2. Press (Options) and select
Change settings.
The list of available settings is displayed.
For details see corresponding menu
descriptions.
Profile options
Press (Options).
Headset
The special profile Headset is
automatically set when an original
headset is attached.
Ringtones
Settings >Ringtones
Volume
Set the tones on the phone to suit your
requirements. The volume setting
controls the volume of the ringtone as
well as the general volume level of beeps
and tones played by different
applications. The volume setting does
not affect the media player.
Voice calls/Video calls/
Calendar/Alarm clock
Select function and set melody and tone
for each function separately.
Melody
Select a sound file to use as ringtone.
1. Press (Change) and select
melody from My stuff folder (page 72)
2. Confirm with (Change).
Tone
Depending on the selected function, the
following options will be offered:
Messages
Melody
Select a sound file to use as message alert
tone.
SMS & MMS tone/CBS alert tone/
E-mail tone
Set alert tone used for the different types
of messages.
Activate
Activate selected profile.
Change
settings
Change profile settings.
Return to
default
Set profile settings to
default.
Copy from
Copy settings from
another profile.
On/Off
Activate/deactivate melody
specified above.
You cannot turn off the
alarm clock tone.
Beep
Set ringtone to beep.
