1 Earpiece Used to listen to voice calls.

• Proximity sensor: Turns off the screen as you bring the phone
close to your ear during a call.
• Ambient light sensor: Controls screen brightness according to
surrounding lighting.
3Front cameraCaptures photos and videos.
4 LED indicator Shows battery status and notifies events.
5 Volume

Adjust volume or turn on vibrate/silent mode.
6Recent apps

• Touch to open the list of recent apps.
• Touch and hold to open available menus.
7 Home key • Touch to go to the previous or central Home screen.
• Touch and hold to open Google Now.
8 Back key Touch to return to the previous screen, or close the on-screen
keyboard.
9 Cover notch Used to remove the back cover.
10 Touch screen Touch the screen to use the on-screen controls.
