For Assessment of Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems
Risk Group 1
According to the classification of photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems, this product is Risk Group
1, IEC 62471-5:2015 and/or IEC 62471-1:2006 (if applicable).
Risk Group 2
1. According to the classification of photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems, this product is Risk
Group 2, IEC 62471-5:2015 (as Figure 1) and/or IEC 62471-1:2006 (Figure 2) (if applicable).
2. Possibly hazardous optical radiation emitted from this product
3. Do not stare at operating lamp. May be harmful to the eyes.
4. As with any bright source, do not stare into the direct beam.

Risk Group 3
1. According to the classification of photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems, this product is Risk
Group 3, IEC 62471-5:2015 and/or IEC 62471-1:2006 (if applicable).
2. Possibly hazardous optical radiation emitted from this product
3. Do not look at operating lamp. Eye injury may result.
4. No direct exposure to the beam shall be permitted.
5. Operators shall control access to the beam within the hazard distance or install the product at the height
that will prevent spectators' eyes from being in the hazard distance.
6. Hazard distance (HD): Refer to the user manual of the purchased model.
Battery caution (if product includes remote control)
Do not put the remote control in the direct heat, humidity & Avoid fire.
Do not drop the remote control.
