Image or audio is unstable.
The connection cables are not securely
connected to the projector or the signal
source.
Correctly connect the cables to the appropriate
terminals.
The Internet bandwidth is limited or
over-occupied.
Connect to another wireless AP or to an Internet
channel of better speed.
The projector is out of effective range of
Bluetooth connection.
Make sure the projector is within the effective range of
Bluetooth connection.
Make sure there is as less radio frequency interference
as possible when using a 2.4G network.
Picture is blurred.
The projection lens is not correctly focused.
Adjust the focus of the lens using focus key on the
remote control.
The projector and the screen are not
aligned properly.
Adjust the projection angle and direction as well as the
height of this projector if necessary.
Remote control does not work correctly.
The batteries are out of power. Replace both of the batteries with new ones.
There is an obstacle between the remote
control and the projector.
Remove the obstacle.
You are too far away from the projector. Stand within 8 meters (26.2 feet) of the projector.
The projector cannot find the desired SSID.
The radio frequency of the router is out of
range.
• For 2.4G frequency, make sure the router’s SSID is at
channel 1 to 11.
• For 5G frequency (A and C SKU), make sure the
router’s SSID is at channel 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153,
157 or 161.
• For 5G frequency (E SKU), make sure the router’s
SSID is at channel 36, 40, 44 or 48.
