Customizing SideShow
settings
To customize SideShow settings, go to Control Panel in
Windows Vista, click Hardware and Sound, and then click
Windows SideShow. The screen below appears.
To change SideShow settings, make sure your Joybook and the
SideShow device are both turned on.
• You can activate or deactivate gadgets on the SideShow device.
• To activate a gadget, place a checkmark in the checkbox
that corresponds to the gadget you want to activate.
• To deactivate a gadget, remove the checkmark in the
checkbox that corresponds to the gadget you want to
deactivate.
• Set my computer to wake automatically: allows you to wake
your computer automatically to update information on the
SideShow device.
• Change the order in which gadgets appear: allows you to
change the order in which gadgets display.
• Get more gadgets online: allows you to get more gadgets
online. Please make sure your Joybook has been connected to
the Internet before using this option.
To change settings for the SideShow device, click BenQ Q41
Series . The Change Device Settings page appears.
