Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause

Can not turn on the
power of Digital
Video Camera.
1. The Battery is not
inserted correctly.
2. The Battery is dead.
1. Please insert the
battery correctly.

Pictures are not

memory.
Power off before storing

battery when the battery
indicator turns to red

protected.

before reformatting
