Video Input Presets a video input to go with the USB Upstream
port. See Setting up the second video source for
KVM Switch before use on page 31.
None under KVM Switch > Video Input is for Scenario B:
Working with two computers and two monitors on page
32. If
None is selected from KVM Switch > Video Input
for Scenario A: Working with two computers and one
monitor on page 32 by accident and
USB Upstream is
selected for KVM Switch, the screen does not display
anything from the second source as there is none. You
cannot control the current display (from USB-C™) either
as the keyboard and mouse control has been switched
away. In this case, select a video input manually from
Input > Signal Input.

Auto Switch Once enabled, if the computer with keyboard and
mouse control is powered off or any of the cable is
disconnected, the input source and the USB control
will be switched to the other computer
automatically. See Activating the Auto Switch
function of KVM Switch on page 33 for more
information.
