Step 7:

Attach the spinner (nose cone) using the three M5 bolts and sealing washers provided, as shown in Fig-

ure 8. We recommend applying Loctite to the bolt threads prior to assembly.

Step 8:

Check the EXCEL 1 wind turbine carefully to make sure that the installation is complete. We recommend

the following checklist:

 Blade fasteners are secure and properly torqued

 Blade tips are evenly spaced
