HOW TO USE
Before turning on the power, make sure the cookware is on the ceramic plate with ingredients inside.
Plug the power plug into a suitable outlet. An acoustic signal sounds. The display shows “0”. Then press “Start”
button, the lights of “Low”, “Med Low”, “Med”, “Med High”, “High” and “Max/Sear” flash at the same time. Now
the unit is in standby mode. Then press above temperature buttons to start the unit and press the “-” or “+”
buttons to increase or decrease temperature in 10F degree increments
To Start Cooking:
Press “Prog” and set temperature and time, then press “Start” to begin cooking. The unit will automatically
stop cooking once time has expired and a “beep” sound will alert users. The display will always show current
temperature during the cooking cycle. To display time lapse, press “Time” and a countdown will appear,
marking the duration before the cycle or stage is complete.
Setting Temperature:
Press temperature key, then the temperature range will appear on the display panel. To raise or lower the
temperature in 10F increments, press the “+”or “-” buttons until desired temperature is displayed. Refer to
chart below for preset temperatures. The minimum is 100°F while the maximum temperature reaches 575°F.
In Temp mode, you can choose Fahrenheit or Celsius when the unit is plugged in and in “OFF” mode. Press
Pro” and “- button. The screen will display °F or °C. Use the “- button to switch to your desired setting.
Finally, press the “Pause/Clear”button to confirm.

USABLE AND NON-USABLE UTENSILS:
Compatible Pans: (Induction ready cookware only use magnetic test strip)
Steel or cast iron, enameled iron, stainless steel, flat-bottom pan/pots with diameter of 4.75 to 10.25
Non- compatible Pans: (Non-Induction cookware)
Heat-resistant glass, ceramic container, copper, aluminum pan/pots. Rounded-bottom pan/pots
with the base measuring less than 4.75.
HOW TO CLEAN:
Clean after each use. Disconnect plug and wait until the unit has cooled down.
If the pots/pans are used without being cleaned, as this may result in discoloration or stains.
Do not use benzene, thinner, scrubbing brush, or polishing powder to clean the induction.
Wipe down the unit using a dish washing agent and a damp cloth
Use vacuum cleaner hose attachment to suck up dirt from the air intake and exhaust vent.
Never run water over the unit (If water gets inside it may cause malfunction).
