STORAGE • When not in use, and if stored outside, cover the Ceramic BBQ once completely cooled with a suitable rain cover. • The chrome plated cooking grill is NOT dishwasher safe; use a mild detergent with warm water. • When using the Ceramic BBQ push down on both of the locking wheels to stop the unit moving about during use. • It is recommended the Ceramic BBQ be stored under cover in a dry environment, in a garage or shed over winter for complete protection.
! ! SMOKING GUIDE • Follow the instructions above as if you were starting a slow cook. • Monitor the Ceramic BBQ until it has risen to the desired temperature. See page 5 for a temperature cooking guide. • Leave the bottom vent slightly open. • Close the top vent and continue to check the temperature for a few more minutes. • Using heat resistant gloves sprinkle the wood chips in a circle over the hot charcoal. • You are now ready to use the Ceramic BBQ to smoke on.

STEP 1: To assemble the base frame, start by inserting frame part 2 inside frame part 1 to form a cross. Fix the cross in a 90 degree angle by using a countersunk M8 bolt (C) with a M8 nut (D). Handtighten till after the complete frame is assembled. 3 4 STEP 2: Take frame part 3 and frame part 4 and form another 90 degree cross by alligning the center hole. Slide in the cross from step 1 from the side till both center holes allign.
C B A D 90° D D STEP 3: Fix this assembly using the socket head and countersunk head M8 bolts and the M8 nuts. Tighten firmly using the supplied tools. Also the center screw from step 1. Make sure to maintain the 90 degree angle. STEP 4: Insert the wheels (item 5 & item 6) in the bottom holes. Please follow the diagram below to know where the castor wheels with brake need to be installed. Fix the wheels to the frame with M10 domed nuts (G) using the supplied tools.
STEP 5: Lift the Cermic grill body on to the base frame. Make sure the wheels are fixed so that the frame stays in place. Be sure to do this with 2 persons as this is a very heavy item. The bottom air vent needs to be centered between the two front support brackets. STEP 6: Open the lid of the ceramic grill to insert the fire box (11), fire grate (10) and the grill grate (9) in the order indicated on the diagram.
8 STEP 7: Mount the handle (8) using the pre-installed domed nuts on the top steel body ring. STEP 8: Mount the top air inlet (9) on the top hole of the ceramic grill lid. Fix the air inlet using the M4 screws (E) and nuts.
15 14 15 15 14 14 STEP 9: Mount the side table brackets (14 & 15) using the pre-installed domed nuts. After installing the correct bracket at the correct position, hand tighten the domed nuts. Make sure the opening in the brackets is pointing upwards.
STEP 10: Install the wooden side table (13) with the tool brackets pointing forward. Once the side tables are perfectly aligned in the brackets, fix the domed nuts firmly using the supplied wrench. Side tables can be folded down by slightly lifting them up and sliding them outward. For storage or cleaning, they can also be removed if needed by lifting them out of the slots, through the opening.
WARRANTY: This Ceramic BBQ comes with a limited two years warranty on production flaws, from the date of purchase and to the extent the use corresponds with the present instructions for use & care in this manual. The receipt, mentioning the date of purchase counts as guarantee card. This ceramic BBQ is not suited for professional use.
