Wired audio Problem Solution
No audio in
the hearing
instruments
Audio source needs to be
turned ON
Turn hearing instrument microphones off by
pressing the audio key for 2 to 3 seconds.
Be careful not to turn off the hearing instru-
ments’ microphones in trafc!
Volume is too low/
high
Volume needs to be
adjusted on the audio
source
Adjust volume on the audio source to a level
that suits you when using the SoundGate
