Transfer
a Call back
to the
Mobile Phone

When in a call, press and
hold the SoundGate 2 Phone
key for 2 – 3 seconds to
transfer control of the call
back to the mobile
telephone. A subsequent
2 – 3 second press will return
control to the SoundGate 2.
Such call transfers typically
must also be acknowledged/
accepted on the connected
mobile phone.

If distracted by background
noise during a mobile phone
call, you may press and hold
the Volume Up or Down key
for 2 – 3 seconds to mute
your hearing instrument
microphones.
