Bertazzoni cooking machines are built

Our materials are
safe and recyclable
Ranges, ovens, cooktops, ventilation hoods
and accessories are mainly made from
stainless steel as well as other metals, with
few plastic parts. In fact, 99% of materials
we use for making our products, as well as
the packaging they come in, are recyclable.
All materials we use retain their integrity
when kept in contact with all food substances
(such as water and oil). Bertazzoni is
RoHS compliant (Restriction of Hazardous
Substances). That means our selected
suppliers and materials are safe.

energy efficiently
Ever since Bertazzoni switched from wood
burning stoves to gas and electricity more
than 60 years ago, we have been responsive
to the needs of energy efficiency, the
environment and the climate.
All Bertazzoni electric ovens now feature
extra energy efficiency rating ‘A’, reflecting
the highest European Standards.
Burners are designed with reduced space
between flame and cookware. This allows
pots to be placed closer to the flame, giving
increased efficiency with shorter boiling times
and reduced gas consumption.
