Lafayette 4-in-1 Crib BR1510B4 CRIB ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION NOTE: When inserting bolts, turn clockwise until tight. Then loosen 1/2 - 3/4 of a turn. After crib is completely assembled, return to each bolt and tighten. Use wax or soap on all bolts to facilitate assembly.
Lafayette 4-in-1 Crib BR1510B4 STEP 1 Insert wood dowels (1) into the front panel (D). Attach right side panel (B) and left side panel (C) to the front panel (D) with bolts (3) and spring washers (5). Use Allen key (2) to tighten the bolts.
Lafayette 4-in-1 Crib BR1510B4 STEP 2 Attach mattress support (F) to the side panels (B & C) with bolts (4) and spring washers (6). Use Allen key (2) to tighten the bolts. C D F B ` 4 CORRECT "THIS SIDE UP" label shows which side to face upward. 6 CORRECT * Tabs on corners of mattress support should point up. NOTE: The above photos and drawings showing how to properly attach the mattress support are for reference only. Crib styles and colors will vary.
Lafayette 4-in-1 Crib BR1510B4 STEP 3 Insert wood dowels (1) into the side panels (B & C). Attach headboard (A) to the side panels (B & C) with bolts (3) and spring washers (5) as shown. Use Allen key (2) to tighten the bolts. C NOTE: The headboard (A) is labeled "INSIDE." To ensure proper asembly, it must be attached to side panels (B & C) so that the INSIDE label faces inside the crib.
