Gutter Protection’s Manufacturer 25 Year Limited Warranty
BEST-1 Gutter Guards manufactures a residential gutter guard and warrants the material will not rust or separate when
installed correctly in normal area’s weather conditions. BEST-1 GG is fabricated from mill finished aluminum rails and
stainless steel screen, or anodized aluminum rails and stainless steel screen. BEST-1 GG reserves the right to change
this warranty at any time, but all warranties in effect at the time of purchase will not be affected by any changes and will
remain in effect until their expiration.

GG’s Limited Product Warranty
BEST-1 GG warrants the product with a 25-year transferrable warranty from the original date of purchase, when first
installed in accordance with the specifications and installation procedures, that BEST-1 GG is free from defects in
material and workmanship in the course of manufacture under conditions of ordinary wear. This warranty is limited to the
terms and conditions, exclusions and limitations, requirements and legal rights stated in this warranty. This warranty
covers only genuine BEST-1 GG’s products in accordance with the BEST-1 installation procedure.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change any design or color of any of the Products at any time without notice or
liability. If, for any reason, the BEST-1 GG type originally installed is no longer available at the time of a warranty claim,
BEST-1 may substitute another product determined by BEST-1 to be of comparable quality and price.
There are no warranties on BEST-1 GG products other than as set forth in this warranty. BEST-1 is not liable for a
breach of any other written or oral express warranties, such as those, if any, given to you by installers, sales persons,
contractors, applicators, or others about BEST-1 GG products. Warranty is effective starting January 1, 2020.
Due to normal weathering, replacement Product may differ in gloss or color from the Product originally installed. BEST-1
excludes and is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of any breach of this expressed
warranty, or any other oral, written or implied warranty that may apply to your purchase, as it relates to the BEST-1 gutter
guard. This limited product warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The obligation under
this warranty will in no event exceed the product purchase price of the originally installed Product found to be defective.
In the event that we choose to replace the gutter guard, BEST-1 will only be responsible for providing material and not
the cost of labor to install or shipping costs.
BEST-1 GG is designed to be self-cleaning in most cases with wind conditions & rainfall alone to sufficiently keep it
clean, but there may be some instances where cleaning/maintenance will be required by the homeowner. We
recommend occasional homeowner cleaning and maintenance inspection of the gutter system.
EXCLUSIONS/LIMITATIONS (This warranty does not cover…)
- Damage by harmful chemicals exposure or caustic environmental conditions
- Product being used for unintended purposes or in an inappropriate manner
- Mold or mildew accumulation
- Damage caused by extreme hurricanes, tornados, thunderstorms, windstorms, or hail.
- Damage or performance failures due to improper installation
- Vandalism or Fire damage
- Alterations from original installation
- Impact of foreign objects on the product
- Products that have been painted or whose surface has been altered in any fashion
