Insert two Top Handlebar Tubes (#44) into the Main Frame (#17) and secure the Handlebar Tubes (#44) with Pop Pins (#2). 6B. Insert the sensor of the Workout Monitor (E) into the bracket of Main Frame (#17) as shown in the Photo. 6C.

setting up Your BFMC10 HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS There are five different height adjustment settings. Pull out the Pop Pins (#2) and move the Handles (D) to the desired height. Workout monitor operation MONITOR DISPLAY The display shows TIME, STEP COUNT, CALORIES, TOTAL STEP COUNT and RPM. POWER ON/OFF: - The Monitor will turn on when the button is pressed or it detects motion. - The monitor will turn off when the sensor does not detect any motion or no key is pressed for 4 minutes.
