Impedance matching network to avoid
click/pop when the DC level at the audio
lines rises when starting audio connection.
1uF in parallel with 150k equals the impedance
of the mid rail generation circuit internally to
TPA6112A2
LC filtering to filter out any RF noise that might
travel from the audio cables back to the audio
amplifier input
1M resistor keeps the DC level at GND
to avoid crack/pop when plugging in the
audio cable
