OPERATION - Before use for the first time

1. Verifythatadustbagisfitted.Fitadustbag,ifnecessary.See‘Changingthedustbag’.

OPERATION

1. Pushthehoseconnectorintothehoseopening

on the motor unit (see Figure 2a). Toremove

thehose,Pushthetwobuttonsandpullitoutof

thehoseopening.

2. Thepowercordhasayellowandredmark,see

Figure2b.Pulloutthecordtotheyellowmark.

Neverpull outthepowercordbeyond thered

mark.Thiscoulddamagethepowercord.

3. Puttheplug inthe wallsocket,and pressthe

On/Offswitch.Toswitchofftheappliance,presstheOn/Offswitchagain,seeFigure2c.

4. Theapplianceisnowreadyforuse.Youcanmovethevacuumcleanerwhileyouarecleaningbypulling

onthehosegrip.Youcanlifttheappliancewiththevacuumcleaner’shandle,seeFigure2e.

5. Youcanadjustthevacuumsuctionwiththevacuumsuctioncontrol,seeFigure2d.Itisadvisableto

reducethevacuumsuctionwhencleaningupholsteredfurnitureandcurtains.Thiswillpreventthefabric

frombeingsuckedintothenozzle.

Note Ifsorequired,youcanalsoreducethesuctionquicklybymovingtheslideonthehosegrip.
