Step 7 å Fasten the UPRIGHTS (C and D) to the TOP (E). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Step 13 å å Carefully turn two FOOT SCREWS (23F) a few turns into the BRACE (H). å å NOTE: Do not overtighten the FOOT SCREWS. Next, turn a FOOT (W) onto the other end of each FOOT SCREW (23F). Turn the FEET clockwise until the FOOT SCREW is tight in the BRACE (H) and each FOOT. Insert the MAGNETIC CATCHES (2I) into the holes in the UPRIGHTS (C and D). W 23F H W C D 2I 2I www.sauder.
Step 14 å å å å å Fasten the FOOT BRACKETS (6E) to the BOTTOM (F). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Slide the FOOT MOLDINGS (U) onto the FOOT BRACKETS (6E). Firmly push the CORNER CAPS (5E) onto the FOOT MOLDINGS (U). Fasten the FOOT BRACKETS (6E) to the FOOT MOLDINGS (U). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Step 15 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Hold the bottom HINGES up so they do not hit the floor. å å Unfold the BACK (G) and lay it over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (G) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (G).
Step 16 å å å å å Carefully stand your unit upright. Fasten a STRIKE PLATE (6I) to each DOOR (I). Use two BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S). Fasten the DOORS (I) to the END MOLDINGS (R and V). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). Fasten a KNOB (69K) and BACKPLATE (92K) to each DOOR (I). Use two SILVER 1-1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (95S). Peel a FELT DISC from the FELT DISC CARD (1M) and stick it on the DOORS where they come in contact with the UPRIGHTS (C and D).
Step 17 å Slide the CENTER SHELF MOLDING (S) onto the notched edge of the CENTER ADJUSTABLE SHELF (K2). å NOTE: The CENTER SHELF MOLDING (S) is longer than the remaining MOLDINGS. å Repeat this step for the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (J2) using the ADJUSTABLE SHELF MOLDINGS (P). å *U.S. Patent No. 5,499,886 K2 Notched edge S Slide the CENTER SHELF MOLDING (S) onto the notched edge. Step 18 å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C and D). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (J2 and K2) onto the METAL PINS. å Apply the WARNING LABEL (2L) to the TOP (E). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.

Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. • Vérifier la taille et le poids du téléviseur.
ÉTAPE 12 ÉTAPE 16 Fixer l'ENTRETOISE (H) au DESSOUS (F). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S). Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Fixer la MOULURE DE DESSOUS (Q) à l’ENTRETOISE (H). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES. ÉTAPE 13 Faire soigneusement tourner deux VIS DE PIED (23F) de quelques tours dans l'ENTRETOISE (H). Ensuite, faire tourner un PIED (W) sur l’autre extrémité de chaque VIS DE PIED (23F).
