The amount of oil to be used depends on the eect you wish to achieve. More oil
causes a faster movement and therefore a more intensive reflex action and circu
-
lation of blood to the skin.
Less oil causes a slower treatment that penetrates deeper, with a very relaxing
eect that loosens the tissue.
It is also possible to combine the two. To do so, apply a larger amount of oil onto
the area to be treated and move the
Fascia-ReleaZer
®
over the area quickly. Then
wipe o some of the oil with a cloth and treat the same area again, but this time
with slow movements.
8.2 Switching on the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
/ selecting the vibration setting
Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
. The function light
shows steady green and the first vibration setting is activated.
