5. Entering User Data
To calculate your body fat percentage and other values, you must save your personal user data. The scale
can store ten separate users, which allows you and members of your family to save and access each of
your personal settings.

. With the scale on a hard, flat surface, switch the scale on by briefly applying pressure to the surface with
your foot (approx. 1-2 sec onds). Wait until “0.0” and the selected measurement unit appears in the LCD
Display.

. Press the SET Button. The first memory space flashes in the display.

. Press the / button to select the desired memory space and confirm by pressing the SET Button.

. You can now set the following values:
Memory position 1 to 10
Body size 3`03`` to 7`03`` (100 cm to 220 cm)
Age 10 to 100 years
Sex
male / female
Activity level A1-A5
Activity levels

elect an activity level that best reflects your lifestyle.
Activity Level Physical Activity
1 None
2
Low: Small amount of light physical exertion (e.g. going for walks, easy gardening,
simple gymnastics)
3 Medium: Physical exertion at least 2 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes each
4 High: Physical exertion at least 4 to 6 times a week for 30 minutes each

Very high: Intense physical exertion, training or hard physical work at least an hour
every day

. Change values by pressing the button or the button, or press and hold to quickly scroll through the
options.

. Confirm the entries by pressing the SET button.

. Once the values have been set, “0.0 lb” is displayed for 20 seconds.

. Now stand on the conductors of the scale with bare feet while “0.0 lb” is displayed.

. After your body weight is displayed, your body fat (BF), water and muscle percentage are displayed.
6. Taking Measurements
A
fter all parameters have been entered, you can now measure your weight, body fat and the other data.

witch on the scale.
S
elect your memory space where you would like to save your basic personal data by pressing the “up”
or “down” button several times. These are then displayed briefly until “0.0” appears.
S
tep onto the scale with bare feet and make sure that you are standing still on the conductors.
A
ll values determined appear after weighing.
Important: There may be no contact between feet, legs, calves and thighs. Otherwise the measurement will
not be performed correctly.
