Prepare any foods you intend to grill in
exactly the same way as usual. For example,
first clean (remove the scales) and gut fish.
Rub seasoning into poultry and always cook
chicken legs from the skin side first.
Turn the food over after the first cooking time
given. Time 1 refers to the time for the first
side, Time 2 to the time for the second side.
Note: always enter the times for the first and
second sides separately.
