Problem Possible Cause Solution
The display „Content level - Ice cube
collector container“ glows.
There are too many ice cubes in the
ice cube collection container .
The temperature of the water is
too low.
Empty the ice cube collection
container .
Raise the water temperature to
above 7˚C.
The display „Content level - Water
reservoir“ glows.
There is too little water in
the water reservoir .
Switch the appliance off, top
up the water level, and after
3 minutes switch the appliance
back on.
The displays „Content level - Ice cube
collector container“ and
„Content level - Water reservoir“
are flashing.
The throw-out mechanism
cannot move itself.
Disconnect the power plug.
Check to see if an ice cube
is blocking the throw-out
mechanism. If yes, carefully
remove the ice cube. Restart
the freezing process.
Contact the Service department
if the throw-out mechanism
continues to be immobile after
removing the ice cube.
The ice cubes are too big and stick
to each other.
The ice cube production
process takes too long.
The water temperature in the
water reservoir is too low.
Select a smaller ice cube size.
Switch the appliance off, wait
until the ice cubes melt, then
switch the appliance back on.
Exchange the water in the water
reservoir . The water tempera-
ture must lie between 7˚C and
32˚C.
The ice cube production process
runs normally, but no ice cubes
are produced.
The ambient temperature or
the water temperature in the
water reservoir is too high.
The cooling system is leaky.
The pipeline in the cooling
system is blocked.
Operate the Ice Cube Machine
with an ambient temperature
of less than 32˚C.
Fill the water reservoir with
colder water.
Contact the Service department.
The control lamp ON/OFF flashes,
even though you have just recently
started a production process.
The power supply to the appliance
is unintentionally interrupted during
the ice cube production process.
Switch the appliance off and remove
the power plug. Wait a few minutes
and remove the possibly jammed ice
cube. Switch the appliance back on
and restart the ice cube production
process.
