Fan status LED definitions
The fan direction selector switch and fan status LED are located on the cover plate at the bottom of the fan’s
extension tube. Note: For information on changing the fan direction, see the Operating the Fan section.
LED status Definition
One 1/2-Second Flash/4 Seconds O Over Temperature
Two 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O Motor Stall
Three 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O Output Device Failure
Four 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O Internal Communication Error
Five 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O DC Buss Undervoltage
Six 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O DC Buss Over Voltage
Seven 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O Run Enable Jumper Open
Eight 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O Motor Overload/Thermal Trip
Nine 1/2-Second Flashes/4 Seconds O Current Limit/Short Circuit
