2006 K-9 GENERAL INFORMATION
The full 17-digit Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN)
is stamped on the steering
head. Always give the full 17-
digit number when ordering
parts or making any inquiries
about the motorcycle.
Example VIN:
5J11YBJ116W000004
The engine identification
number can be located on
the upper left of the engine
case.
The transmission ident-
ification number is found on
the right underside of the
case.
