NOTE: The foregoing Notice regarding arbitration, established in accordance with the

Rules of the Better Business Bureau to settle any Warranty disputes that may arise with

OWNERS BIG DOG MOTORCYCLES motorcycle, is set forth in part, and acknowledged by

OWNER, in a separate document furnished to OWNER at the time of sale, entitled Notice

of Warranty Dispute Resolution Program, and is set forth in its entirety in this WARRANTY

SECTION to satisfy applicable state and federal compliance requirements (16 C.F.R. Part

703) and for OWNERS reference.
