NOTE:
The maximum temperature that the pellet grill can achieve is in• uenced by the ambient temperature. In colder
weather, the grill may not be able to achieve the highest set temperature and it will con• nually feed pellets into
the • re pot a• emp• ng to reach the set temperature.
There might be some discrepancy between the digital temperature displayed and the temperature observed on
the analog lid gauge. Some variance is normal due to the loca• on and responsiveness of the sensors.
When changing the opera• ng temperature, allow up to 15 minutes for the temperature to stabilize. If lowering
the temperature, it is best to leave the lid open for a few minutes to help decrease temperature quicker.
