Warranty
Bigben Interactive gives the purchaser a product guarantee against any
manufacturing or parts defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Should a product defect be noted during the guarantee period, please contact
the technical support service immediately (see «Helpline» paragraph). You will
then be informed of the procedure to follow. Should the defect be con
rmed,
the product should be returned to the place where it was purchased or to an
alternative place speci
ed by the technical support service, together with proof
of purchase. Under the terms of this guarantee, any faulty Cyberbike™ is repaired
or replaced, at the discretion of the technical support service. In accordance with
current legislation, the total responsibility of Delta Reference / Bigben Interactive
(including responsibility for indirect damage) is limited to repairing or replacing the
Cyberbike™. In accordance with current legislation governing the sale of consumer
products, this guarantee does not in any way affect your statutory consumer rights.
This guarantee is only valid in countries where the product is marketed by Delta
Reference / Bigben Interactive or by an approved dealer.
This warranty is invalidated:
If the product has been adapted, modi
ed or opened, or if the Cyberbike™ has
been damaged as a result of improper or careless use, negligence, an accident,
normal wear and tear or any other cause not linked to a manufacturing or part
defect.
If the product has not been used exclusively for home use, and has been used for
public, commercial or rental purposes.
If the instructions provided by the technical support service have not been
followed.

occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to

the following measures:

—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the
