3. GETTING STARTED

3.1 BACK UP POWER

If there is a power cut, the 9 Volt battery can act as backup power supply for the main unit.

(The display will not be visible, and if you had choosed radio as alarm sound, when the

alarm time is reached, the sound will auto-change to buzzer).

1. Remove the battery compartment cover.

2. Insert the 9 Volt battery observing the polarity markings.

3. Press RESET after each battery change.

NOTE: Do not use rechargeable batteries. We recommend that you use alkaline batteries

with this product for longer life or lithium batteries in temperatures below freezing.
