3 Quick Guide

3.1 Install BlueSoleil

IMPORTANT! If you have any Bluetooth software previously installed on your computer, you

must completely remove it first!

1. Insert the BlueSoleil software installation CD into the CD- ROM of your computer.

2. Double-click setup.exe to start installation.

3. Choose the setup language.

4. Follow the directions on your screen to install the software.

5. Restart your computer.

Note: Bluetooth adapter can be remained plugged or unplugged when installation.

3.2 Uninstall BlueSoleil

Click Start -> Control Panel to open Control Panel, and then choose Uninstall a program.

Select BlueSoleil in the program list and uninstall it.

3.3 Start BlueSoleil

Right click the Bluetooth icon

in the system tray and select Explore Bluetooth Places or

Display Classic View in the popup menu

Note: BlueSoleil will detect each insertion or removal of the USB adapter. Alternatively, you

can start BlueSoleil before plugging in the USB adapter.

3.4 Check License

BlueSoleil checks the license in the Bluetooth adapter/module when it starts up. If the

Bluetooth adapter/module has no license, BlueSoleil will turn off the Bluetooth function.

4 Getting Started

4.1 Start and Stop Bluetooth

BlueSoleil supports different Bluetooth Adapters and built-in Bluetooth modules on your

computer.
