7.10 Set the Key Tone

In Idle:

1. Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select

2. Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select KEY TONE.

3. Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select ON or OFF.

4. Press <MENU/OK> to confirm.

7.11 Set the Base Language

In Idle:

Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select your desired language.

Press <MENU/OK> to confirm.

The Key Tone is a confirmation beep when you press any key. It is set on

by default, but can be turned off, if desired.

7.9 Set the Recall (Flash) Time

In Idle:

1. Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select SETTINGS.

2. Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select FLASH TIME.

3. Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select the desired flash time,

from SHORT, MEDIUM and LONG.

4. Press <MENU/OK> to confirm.

You may need to change the recall (flash) time if your phone is connected to

a PBX. The recall time options are SHORT (the default value of 100ms),

MEDIUM (300ms) or LONG (600ms).

Press <MENU/OK> and <UP/DOWN> to select LANGUAGE.

Change the System PIN

A 4-digit system PIN code is used for changing the system settings of the

base station, and is used to protect your phone from unauthorised use. The

default system PIN code is 0000.
