Answering Machine System continue...
If you no longer want callers to hear the OGMs
that you have recorded, you can delete
them and revert to the pre-recorded defaults
as follows:
1 Make sure the machine is switched on.
Ö If necessary, press and release the EXIT/
ON-OFF button to switch to the OGM you want
to delete.
2 Press the OGM/REWIND button to play the
current announcement.
3 While the announcement is playing, press
DELETE button.
Ö The machine plays the pre-recorded OGM.
1 After playing back all of your messages, press
and hold DELETE button.
Ö The display prompts
DELETE ALL?DELETE ALL?
DELETE ALL?DELETE ALL?
DELETE ALL?.
2 Press DELETE button again to confirm, you
will hear, “All messages erased.”
Ö The machine will not delete any messages
that you haven’t yet listened to.
3 The display automatically returns to standby
mode.
