10.2 Manage your SMS
Your messages are sorted in the following folders:
Inbox: received messages
Outbox: successfully sent messages that you have
chosen to save
Drafts: messages saved as drafts
10.2.1 Inbox
1. From the home screen, press to enter the main menu.
2. Scroll to Short Message and press .
3. Scroll to Inbox and press .
4. Scroll to a message and press to read it. Press
or to scroll up or down the screen to view the entire
screen.
5. Press o and scroll to one of the following options:
Text reply
Reply to the sender using SMS.
Forward
Forward the message to another
recipient.
Delete
Delete the message.
Dial back
Call the sender of the message.
Extract
number
Extract the sender‟s phone number to
be stored as a contact in the
phonebook.
Edit
Edit the message before forwarding to
another recipient.
6. Press to confirm.
7. Press to return to the home screen.
